attempted to listen contains a syntax error.
Action: For the listener name or service
name specified to LSNRCTL, check that the address or connect descriptor is
well-formed. You can find the listener name in LISTENER.ORA, or you can access
the listener through the service name is TNSNAMES.ORA.
